Bhubaneswar : The Sampurna Foundation is an initiative of a group of educationists and creative minds, registered under the Trust Act as a non-profitable venture. It is establishing a residential school near Bhubaneswar over seventy acres. The proposed residential school is being planned as a 'Center of Excellence' for imparting quality learning up to class XII.
