After a hard process of initial selection procedure, 7 students got short-listed for further personal interview and selection thereof. The salary package offered is Rs 2.16 Lacs per annum which has in addition a great chance to be a proud part of one of the big banners pertaining to life-sciences. The selection procedure involved a series of tests chalked out at Shri Baldev Raj Mittal Auditorium of the University. About fifty students faced the selectors' hard core skills analytical tests. The final selection of the successful candidates will be based on their telephonic interviews for Indore office of the company. Three of the short- listed students Ritika Singla, Sonika Verma and Bhumika Vaidya told jointly that the attitude of the members of the selection team was very encouraging and on positive notes. They tried each and every possibility to cull out maximum out of the candidates as they were solely after real devoted and talented job-seekers. The other four are Adarsh, Neha Maini, Simarjit Kaur and Trishala Kaul. Mr. Piyush Naik, Asst. Manager, H R, ' Apticraft' informed : "As bioinformatics scientists the fresh employees are expected to keep themselves abreast with the latest developments in the technology and work on challenging bio informatics projects. The pay hikes are based on performance review for all employees conducted routinely. These reviews also assure a great career path with cross functional responsibilities." On this drive the chancellor of the University, Sh. Ashok Mittal said : "A healthy and a competitive culture adds a different and exciting spirit in a student's life. When they face the positive environment during their studies and job-seeking processes they automatically become right- minded and socially adaptable denizens of this world. The present drive has made them realize that their potentialities and abilities count much rather than any pull or push. As such a student must always, first and foremost, adhere to enhance the basics of his/her relevant course material in order to be successful least bothering about any other aspects of favouritism or nepotism."
