Report by India Education bureau, Hyderabad: Mr G V Sri Raj, student of International Relations and Politics, London School of Economics & Political Science, today met Chief Minister Mr N Kiran Kumar Reddy and explained to him about Global warming. Mr Sri Raj, son of Mr G V Harsha Kumar, MP, requested the Chief Minister to declare a public holiday on the day when the temperature reaches 50 degree celsius. 

He said the State Government have been implementing several initiatives to prevent global warming and save the planet earth. He also opined that District Collector should take the responsibility and declare a holiday in the respective districts when the temperature crosses 50 degree celsius. He said few countries across the globe have taken up several initiatives in this regard.
