S.P. Mandali’s Prin. L. N. Welingkar Institute of Management Development & Research (WeSchool) invites applications from prospective candidates for the admission to its Post Graduate Program in Entrepreneurship (PGP- Entrepreneurship) 2018, a first-of-its-kind program in India. It is an 11 month program divided in two semesters. The structure is based on AAA (Acquisition, Application and Assimilation of Knowledge) model similar to that at Harvard Business School. The course grooms entrepreneurs to professionally manage and grow their business without the burden of additional investment, helps them discover newer business processes, shows them opportunities to maximize the potential of growth and helps direct a new approach to their business.
Who should apply: The program is ideal for first and second generation entrepreneurs, SME owners from diverse industry sectors and individuals interested in starting their own business.
Eligibility: Graduates from any stream from a recognized University, someone who runs a business or is an active member of family business. Women successors of family run business are most welcome.
Highlights
· The program also offers insights to map the way to success in family business through interactive sessions, practical tips on business structure, diversification and growth strategy.
· Parent Interaction sessions – A Parent interaction session is held every semester to help align the students and their parents with reference to the new inputs being received by the students.
· Personality development & self-discovery lab where highly qualified experts are invited to take sessions.
· Global Outreach Program for one week in Japan
Duration:
11 months of class room sessions. Classes will be held for 7 days a month, leaving time to attend business and apply the know-how learnt in class in business for the balance 3 weeks of the month.
Assimilation of the learning is done by faculty member mentoring and guiding the student in transforming the learning from the classroom to their own businesses. This is done on a Saturday at the end of the contact week. At the end of it, by applying the acquired knowledge, the participants have assimilated the basics of constructing a strong organization.
Fee:
Tuition fees* are Rs. 7 lakh plus taxes as applicable. Students opting for Global Outreach Program (International Tour) or any other Offsite visit would be charged an additional investment of approximately 3 lakh*
