ASIS launches Summer School Programme in England for Indian Students

 

New Delhi: Anglo School International Services (ASIS), a federation of 14 top British boarding schools has launched two week Summer School Programmes for children of age group of 11- 17 years in Oxford College Summer School, Dukes International and Etherton Education this summer.

For the programme, ASIS will also be offering scholarships ranging from 10% to 100% to about 75 students amounting to Rs 75 lakhs. The top scorer from each age group will be awarded 100% scholarship along with air tickets. In addition there are a horde of cash prizes for top performers in the BUSSATS test. The fee for the two-week programme is £3,300 for Oxford, £2700 for Dukes and £2,550 for Etherton Education.

The programme will run English Language classes and academic courses that will be split into core and elective subjects. This gives students the opportunity to improve and hone their language skills, whilst also allowing them to experience an authentic and rewarding two weeks of British education. The programme will also have city tours and cultural visits.

The shortlisting of students for the programme will be done by a two-hour BUSSAT’s test from 15th-31st May 2017. BUSSAT test is designed to measure student’s ability in English comprehension and grammar, Maths and General Knowledge. The last date to apply for this programme is 15th May 2017.

Apart from the summer school programmes, ASIS is also launching a two-week short term course in Football Training from 17th – 29th July 2017 at Langley school. Coached by an ex professional footballer, the course offers professional training, nutrition guide, sports psychology and much more. The fee for this Football Camp is £2,000.
