ASK Group first in APAC to receive Oracle HCM Cloud Rubies Express Lane Award

 

New Delhi: ASK Group, a renowned diversified financial services firm won ‘Oracle HCM Cloud Rubies Express Lane Award’ at an annual HR conference organised in Boston recently. ASK won this award under the Express Lane Category. The award was received by Ms Leena Wakankar, Head – Human Recourses, ASK Group in the presence of dignitaries.

ASK is the first and only company being selected from India and whole of APAC from over 15 other Indian Competitors for this award. ASK Group was recognized as it has implemented the Oracle HCM Cloud in the shortest time possible which has helped the firm to improve the productivity.

The Oracle HCM Cloud is an innovative platform created by global IT leader Oracle that supports HR functions in the various areas of operations such as core HR, leave and attendance, performance management, compensation, career, and succession planning. ASK integrated the platform in the shortest period of time to enhance its HR functions.

According to Ms Leena Wakankar, Head – Human Recourses, ASK Group, “With real-time accurate data being made available, the organization’s HR and business managers have improved productivity by more than 30 percent’’.
