Bodhtree Consulting’s leading CSR platform EquiPPP.com signs up with Kalamandir Foundation

Hyderabad: Bodhtree Consulting Limited, a leading IT consulting and software services provider, has developed an innovative and first of its kind platform EquiPPP.com for various stakeholders to implement CSR projects through this platform.

Today, Bodhtree announces that, EquiPPP.com has signed an agreement with Kalamandir Foundation for identifying CSR projects and initial assessment of the projects for the platform.

Bodhtree has developed and operates EquiPPP collaborative platform showcasing authenticated CSR projects and PPP with Big Data & Analytics tools and APIs as a service to the nation. Concerned citizens under Citizen National Social Responsibility (CNSR) can place socially relevant projects which are of an interest to them and / or express their interest in participating in them – helping NRIs and others to give back to society and the nation in their own way, perhaps even in their native place.

Bodhtree has developed this platform with using algorithms and big data analytical tools and various APIs etc. and looking forward to operate this as an independent entity by appointing research and analysts team, dedicated advisory board and CEO. Mr. Ghanshyam Das, Senior Advisor KPMG and former CEO NASDAQ Asia Pac and Director in several reputed companies, Mr. Narendra, Banking veteran and former Chairman of IOB and presently Chair for Banking in ASSOCHAM and Mr. K. Sriram, Alumni IIM Calcutta, Insead and BITS Pilani, Senior Professional, Management Consultant, Member National Working Group on Standards, and founder Society for Operational Excellence have agreed to act as an advisory board for EquiPPP.COM.

The platform will offer services to large corporations and Government Agencies, NRIs, investment community and provide research by tying up with reputed institutes executives and consulting programs and events.

There is huge opportunity in CSR for both Governments, public and medium to large corporates to bring in much needed change in the society across sectors like healthcare, education, housing, water, green power, poverty alleviation and environmental protection. The funds accumulated from profits of large corporates as a part of their 2% of last three years average profits, have been allocated for CSR funds, are not able to utilise the funds for productive purposes because of lack of transparent and efficient mechanisms build in the system. As per KPMG and other leading agencies report the opportunity under CSR spend would be more than one lakh crore in the next five years.
