Dr. Kumar Ashutosh Represents University of Delhi at India-Vietnam Education Meet

New Delhi  – Dr. Kumar Ashutosh, Associate Professor in the Department of Continuing Education and Extension at the University of Delhi, was invited to speak at the India-Vietnam Education Meet organized by the Consulate General of India in Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam. The event aimed to foster educational ties between the two countries.

Dr. Ashutosh addressed a large gathering comprising Vice-Chancellors and Directors from various Vietnamese institutions, highlighting the potential for India to serve as an educational hub for Vietnamese students. He emphasized the quality of education, cultural richness, and historical ties between the two nations as key factors for collaboration in the field of education.

His participation in the event was particularly noteworthy as he was the only academician from the University of Delhi among the top 20 academicians invited from India by the Consulate General of India and the Indian Chamber of Commerce. Dr. Ashutosh’s expertise and experience in the field of education have earned him invitations to speak at prestigious events globally, including the United Nations, WTO, SCO Summit, ATF, TEFI, and numerous other international platforms.

The Consul General of India, Dr. M.M. Sethi, who is currently in Vietnam, will be visiting India next week to meet with officials from the University of Delhi regarding further collaboration in the field of education between India and Vietnam.

Dr. Ashutosh’s participation in the India-Vietnam Education Meet underscores the University of Delhi’s commitment to international cooperation and academic excellence.
