Dr Mohammad Zain Khan receives research grant of Rs 36.50 Lacs

Aligarh, September 1: Dr Mohammad Zain Khan (Assistant Professor, Section of Industrial Chemistry, Department of Chemistry, Aligarh Muslim University) has been awarded a research grant of Rs 36.50 Lacs by Science and Engineering Research Board (SERB), Department of Science and Technology (DST), Government of India on the scheme entitled ‘Development of Low Energy Systems for Treating Textile Effluents’ for a period of three years.

Earlier, Dr Khan also received a research grant of Rs 11 Lacs from Council of Science and Technology UP (CSTUP) to work on ‘Microbial Fuel Cell for Electricity Generation.’
