DSC organises convocation ceremony for PGDPC XXI Batch

New Delhi: The Delhi School of Communication held its annual convocation ceremony for PGDPC XXI batch at Alliance Francaise de Delhi. Prof. Ramola Kumar, Dean, The Delhi School of Communication along with the chief guest, Ms. Prema Sagar, Vice-Chairperson & Founder of Genesis Burson- Marsteller conferred the degrees to the graduating students. Guest of Honor Mr. Jayanto Bannerjee, National Head of Strategic Planning, Hakuhodo India and Mr. Manish Purohit, Co-founder of Authors Up Front were also present for the event.

Expressing his satisfaction in helping the students to step into a new chapter in their lives, Mr. Manish Purohit presented the Apex Awards for Batch XXI. The bronze medal for overall academic achievement went to Ms. Sumati Mehrotra, the silver medal went to Ms. Parul Pathak and the gold medal went to Ms. Aanchal Kapoor. The most prestigious award – The Surojit Lahiri Award for Holistic Excellence went to Ms. Parul Pathak.

The outgoing batch of student executives have achieved great placements in various fields of communication, such as, Client Servicing, Public Relations, Media Planning, Account Planning, Creative, Digital communication, in reputed organizations such as, Hakuhodo Percept, Genesis BM, Value 360, MSL 20:20, Havas Media, Group M, Astrum Consulting, The Glitch, Exposure media, FCB Ulka, Wat Consult Dentsu, Isobar India, among others.
