IIM Bangalore’s PGP among top 25 in QS Masters in Management Ranking 2018

The rankings cover 29 different countries & assess B-schools based on alumni outcomes, class and faculty diversity, employability, thought leadership, and value for money

01 December, 2017, Bengaluru: The Post Graduate Programme in Management (PGP) of Indian Institute of Management Bangalore has been listed among the top 50 in the QS Masters in Management Ranking 2018, released recently.

“We are delighted that IIMB’s Post Graduate Programme has been ranked among the top 25 Masters in Management Programmes in the world. It gives us confidence that the various initiatives that we have undertaken at IIMB such as emphasis on research, innovations in teaching methods and focus on providing our students with international experience are in the right direction. Such global recognition also makes us committed to continuing our relentless efforts in setting high standards for ourselves and exceeding them,” said Prof. Sourav Mukherji, Dean of Academic Programmes at IIM Bangalore.

The rankings assess management schools, across the world, based on five different metrics, which are: alumni outcomes, class and faculty diversity, employability, thought leadership, and value for money.
Efforts towards strengthening IIMB’s research and teaching have paid handsome dividends by creating impact and enhancing the management school’s international reputation.

The PGP, Executive PGP, doctoral and Executive Education Programmes of IIMB are all well placed in global rankings.
