INDIA SOFTWARE PRODUCT MANAGEMENT SUMMIT 2020 AT IIMB ON JANUARY 17 & 18: CALL FOR PAPERS
The Centre for Software and Information Technology Management (CSITM) at IIM Bangalore and the International Software Product Management Association (ISPMA) will co-host the India Software Product Management Summit (SPMSummit 2020) on January 17 and 18, 2020.

SPM Summit 2020 will be the second edition of the summit following the first successful summit in February 2019 that witnessed participation of over 150 delegates. This event brings together industry leaders, professionals and academics and will cover a wide range of Software Product Management (SPM) topics through keynotes, workshops, panel discussions, fireside chats, presentations on industry best practices, success stories, and academic papers. In addition to the ISPMA Excellence Awards, SPM Summit 2020 includes the celebration of excellence in software product management research by honouring research and best practices in software product management.
Award nominations and research paper submissions are invited from Software platform/product companies, as well as researchers from research institutions and universities.
Track 1 SPM Excellence Awards: This is to recognise and celebrate excellence in Software Product Management Practices and to showcase the best practices and role models. Submissions are invited from start-ups and established software product/ internet commerce platform companies.

All submissions will be evaluated by a jury comprising experts of international repute drawn from the industry and academia.

September 30, 2019: Submission of nominations for ISPMA 2020 begins
November 10, 2019: Submission of nominations close
November 26, 2019: Communication on clarifications/ additional information
December 01, 2019: Receipt of clarifications / additional information closes
December 11, 2019: Interviews with participants closes
December 15, 2019: Notification of acceptance
January 17, 2020: Presentation in summit
Track 2 Research/Practice Papers: This is to recognize and celebrate research/practice papers, case studies, review papers, etc. on Software Products and Platforms. Full research papers and work-in-progress papers in the form of extended abstracts from researchers, academicians, practitioners and students are accepted.

Shortlisted Excellence Award nominations and Research/Practice papers accepted and presented in interactive conference track sessions may be published in the ISPMA conference proceedings. All ISPMA submissions must comply with the professional and scholarly integrity.
