MoS Shri Joshi inaugurates 63rd National School Games

Bhopal: Minister of State (Independent charge) for Technical Education, School Education and Labour Shri Deepak Joshi hoisted the flag and inaugurated the 63rd National School Games. The games include athletics, hoop quando, boys-girls, sky martial art etc. The event will be organized till November12. Nearly 2000 students from schools of 35 states –union territories will take part in the contests.

Shri Joshi said that state government is committed towards the development of sports talents and promote games. He told that Madhya Pradesh is on the fourth position in National School Games. Shri Joshi told that Bhopal is known as the nursery of Hockey. MP Shri Alok Sanjar also expressed his thoughts on the occasion. Director Public Instructions Smt. Anju Pavan Bhadoria gave information regarding the event. Students presented a cultural programme. School Games Federation of India Vice President Shri Alok Khare and other officers were also present on the occasion.
