04-OCT-2017: IPL chairperson and MP, Rajeev Shukla to attend conference in AMU

Aligarh, October 4: Mr Rajeev Shukla (Member of Parliament, Chairperson of Indian Premier League—IPL and Secretary of Uttar Pradesh Cricket Association) will attend the national conference on ‘Sports, Exercise and Health Sciences (NCSEHS)—2017’ on October 7, 2017 at the varsity’s Kennedy Hall Auditorium as the Chief Guest.

Aligarh Muslim University (AMU) Vice Chancellor, Professor Tariq Mansoor will preside over the conference.

Prof M L Kamlesh (Retd Principal, Sport Authority of India—SAI) will be the keynote speaker, Dr Sirajuddin Hashmi (Chairperson, Hashmi Group of Education, Amroha) and Mr Vivek Bansal (Secretary, All India Congress Committee) will be the guest of honour and special guest respectively.

The conference will be organised by the Department of Physical Education, AMU with Dr Mohd Arshad Bari as the director and Dr Merajuddin Faridi as chief organising secretary of the conference. Prof Brij Bhushan (Chairperson, Department of Education) will be present on the occasion.
