106 Specially abled persons receive certificates at Dudi, Chontiwari in Machil

KUPWARA : On the instructions of Deputy Commissioner Kupwara, Khalid Jahangir, Health Department Kupwara conducted special camps at far flung and border area Dudi and Chontiwari in Machil area of Kupwara district for specially abled persons to facilitate them with requisite certificates at their doorsteps.

Deputy Commissioner has taken an initiative to provide doorstep services to specially abled persons living in far flung and hilly areas.

According to CMO Kupwara, 106 disability certificates and 12 old age certificates have been issued in Dudi and Chontiwari villages.

The two day special camp which was conducted by the Health department in coordination with the District Administration concluded today. Such camps shall be held in other far flung areas of the district to facilitate the specially abled and old age persons in the district.
