“Today, with this scholarship, we will be able to support my daughter’s dream as she flies off to Singapore for her higher studies. I learnt about the scholarship when my daughter showed interest and since then we have been helping her prepare for the application process. GIIS has been playing a big role in transforming young children’s life through these initiatives. The incredible effort and energy that the school is putting on these young children are commendable. My daughter will be pursuing 11th & 12th and is most excited about the journey and exposure she will experience during the tenure. The school’s support system, eminent faculty, world-class infrastructure, and encouraging cooperation throughout the entire scholarship process has been most reassuring as a parent. I applaud the transformational work that GIIS is doing in shaping young minds and providing a platform that allows students to make the most of their capabilities as balanced and confident future leaders. While as parents we are worried about the safety and security during the unprecedented situation, the school has assured us of precautionary measures, seamless communication and made us aware of the necessary considerations” said Captain Mookherjee, father of Atyantika Mookherjee from Kochi.

In the past, Global Citizen Scholarship (GCS) alumina have received admission in graduate courses in some of the most reputed global universities including Imperial College London, University College London (UCL), Singapore Management University, University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), Johns Hopkins University, University of Pennsylvania, University of British Columbia, University of Melbourne and Hong Kong University of Science and Technology and more.
