151 Birth Anniversary of Gandhi ji marked with “Bhajan Sandhya “ in 17th Webaithak of Pracheen Kala Kendra

With due reverence and respect the Pracheen Kala Kendra an organization dedicated to promote preserve and propagate Indian Classical Art ,and Culture, tributed Father of Nation Mahatama Gandhi on his 151st Birth Anniversary with soulful Bhajan Sandhya by young and talented singer Shivani Angrish through its live broadcast at Facebook , Twitter and youtube official channel.

To pay befitting tribute to the legend the Kendra has ventured to organize

A special musical evening on its official Face book page and Youtube channel at 6:00 pm today by young artist of the city and faculty of Pracheen Kala Kendra Shivani Angrish .

Noted singer Shivani has learnt the music from her Guru S. R Singh, Dr. Neelam Pal , Sh, Arvind Sharma and Sh. Harvinder Singh. She also learnt light music from noted musician Sh. Varinder Bachhan.

Shivani commenced the concert with invocatory piece Saraswati Sholak followed by Bhajan “Raghupati Raghav raja ram “ and “Maye ni maine Govind Leeno Mol”. She Then she doled out with another bhajan “ Gaon ka wo gwala naam hai kanha” and meera Bhajan “jo tum todo piya main nahi todun” followed by another set of bhajans “ “Shri Krishan Govind Gopala” and Ram Stuti “ Ram Chandra Kripalu Bhaj man”. Then she moved on to present another bhajan “ Shri hari nand mukunda” . Shivani concluded her recital with a beautiful Bhajan “ “Maine Dwarika kinho vaas” .

She was ably accompanied by Sh. Amandeep Gupta on Tabla and Sh. Rakesh kumar on Harmonium.
