2nd CREDAI Telangana Reality Awards – “CREATE 2019” announced
Hyderabad: The Confederation of Real Estate Developers Association of India (CREDAI) Telangana is organizing CREDAI Reality Awards for Telangana, “CREATE – 2019” to promote and recognize its members for outstanding contribution to the real estate sector during the last two financial years. CREATE-2019 (CREDAI Real Estate Awards for Telangana) is a platform by CREDAI Telangana, under whose aegis different awards would be given to the members who have exhibited excellence in different facets of real estate activity. The logo for CREATE 2019 was unveiled in Hyderabad in the presence of Mr. G. Ram Reddy, Chairman; Mr. Ch. Ramchandra Reddy, President & Mr. D. Murali Krishna Reddy, President-Elect; Mr. E. Premsagar Reddy, Secretary; Mr. K. Indrasena Reddy, Mr. G. Ajay Kumar, Mr. C. Jagan Mohan, Mr. V. Madhusudhan Reddy as Vice Presidents; and Mr. Gopal Pancharia, Mr. Pallerla Raju, Mr. Y. Saideswar Rao, as Joint Secretaries and Mr. B. Panduranga Reddy, Treasurer, CREDAI Telangana, other members & dignitaries.
CREATE 2019 will recognize the excellence in different facets of Real Estate in Telangana chapters including members from Hyderabad and other district chapters of Warangal, Karimnagar, Nizamabad, Khammam, Mehboobnagar and, Kothagudem. The renowned research and rating agency, CRISIL has been appointed as the knowledge partner for CREATE 2019 to select the winners.
Speaking on the occasion Mr. G Ram Reddy, Chairman, CREDAI Telangana said, “CREDAI is the voice of the real estate sector and works closely with the Government in the formulation of the policies and guidelines for the real estate sector both at state and national level. Telangana State is a progressive state with a proactive government that is rated amongst the best in ensuring ease of doing business. The real estate sector in the state is a growth engine as an income and employment provider and GDP multiplier for the state. CREDAI members are contributing up to 90% of the real estate activity in the state and are working closely with the government to drive the growth. Keeping in view the excellence in different aspects of construction, we have decided to recognize and reward the best projects (CREDAI members) in the state with the 2nd edition of CREATE 2019- CREDAI Telangana Reality awards. The CREATE 2019 Awards ceremony will be held on December 28, 2019. The Function will have a gathering of over 750 distinguished guests, senior bureaucrats, bankers, developers, vendors, and others.”
Adding to this Mr. Ch. Ramchandra Reddy, President, CREDAI Telangana said, “Telangana real estate has been on an upswing over the past years while Hyderabad realty has been performing better than all other markets across the country. Hyderabad has witnessed rapid office space absorption and corporate reality boom. CREATE 2019 is an initiative to recognize and celebrate the unparalleled excellence by the real estate companies that have catalyzed the growth of the sector across the state by setting new benchmarks in realty excellence. CREATE 2019 will effectively highlight the acumen of the real estate developers in the state, who are innovating and leveraging technology to provide the best quality housing in the state. We had a very successful first edition of CREATE awards and hope to see an even better response this season.”

This has helped the state lead the real estate industry in the country now. CREATE Awards were conceptualized by CREDAI Telangana to recognize the exemplars in the real estate sector who positively contribute to the industry, society and inspire creativity, innovation and a zeal to push the boundaries of excellence.
Elaborating about CREATE Awards 2019 Mr. E Prem Sagar Reddy, Secretary, CREDAI Telangana said “We are pleased to announce the 2nd edition of CREDAI Real Estate Telangana Awards “CREATE 2019” which are like the Oscar Award for the builders. The developer members of CREDAI Telangana across the 11 chapters can participate in the awards and nominate themselves to any of the 13 categories for Hyderabad and 7 categories for other chapters. The nominations will be reviewed by the jury and the most deserving participants will be awarded at the CREATE 2019 award ceremony on 28th December 2019 at JRC Convention Centre. The categories for awards are designed in such a way that all members get a fair chance to compete in the respective categories, giving all members an opportunity to showcase their work irrespective of the size and quantum of their projects.”
