300 Eminent global Education experts to attend Two day World Education Summit in New Delhi on August 11-12

New Delhi: About 300 eminent education experts, ministers and higher officials from India and abroad will take part in the Two day World Education Summit 2017 being organised in Delhi from August 11-12, 2017 .

Union Minister of Youth Affairs and sports Vijay Goyal will inaugurate the conference . Rajasthan higher Technical education Minister Ms Kiran Maheshwari along with Uttarakhand Higher education Minister Dhan Singh Rawat will be guest of honour. The conference is being organised by Elets along with Government of Rajasthan, AICTE and National Skill Development corporation.

“About 300 eminent experts taking part in the Two day World Education Summit with focus on higher and school education and closing gap in the growing digital divide .Emerging trends in higher education, newer classroom teaching methods, skill development, education skills and employment and industry prospective linked with higher education will be some of the other subjects that will be discussed An exhibition with latest display of technologies for e learning will be the major highlight of the conference “said Mr Ravi Gupta, Managing Director, Elets, the main organiser of the summit.

Eminent speakers at the Summit will include V S Radhakrishnan, State Minister of Education, Sri Lanka, Kalthoom AlBalooshi, Executive Director of Education Development, Knowledge and Human Development Authority, Dubai, Vinay Sahasrabuddhe, Member of Parliament, Rajya Sabha & National Vice President, BJP, Anil Swarup, Secretary, Department of School Education & Literacy, Ministry of Human Resource Development, Government of India, Anil D Sahasrabudhe, Chairman, All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), Dr Jaspal Singh Sandhu, Secretary, University Grants Commission (UGC) and Major Harsh Kumar, Secretary, National Council of Education Research and Training ( NCERT)
