4-day orientation training program concluded at CCRUM  

 

New Delhi : The Central Council for Research in Unani Medicine (CCRUM), Ministry of Ayush, Government of India, successfully concluded a four-day Orientation Training Program on the theme of “CCRUM: Vision, Activities, and Achievements” held virtually from October 3 to 6, 2023.

 

Concluding the training program, Dr. N. Zaheer Ahmed, Director General, CCRUM emphasized that the orientation to the newly recruited and existing scientific personnel is a continuous process. These processes ensure that individuals are acquainted with the organization’s vision, mission, and services, understand the organizational structure, build connections with colleagues, and comprehend job requirements and expectations. He reiterated the importance of quality and evidence-based research in Unani Medicine.

The training program featured presentations from esteemed professionals of CCRUM and other reputed scientific institutions. The program served as a valuable platform for fostering a deeper understanding of CCRUM’s goals and achievements while emphasizing the need for continual learning and evidence-based research in the field of Unani Medicine. The proceedings of the program were well-attended by over 200 personnel from various locations of the country.
