5-Day Refresher Course for REKs begins at Reasi

Reasi: Additional Deputy Commissioner, Reasi, Rajinder Kumar Sharma, today inaugurated 5 day Refresher Course for 56 Rehbar-E-Khel (REK) Teachers here at Sayong Ghar.

The training programme is being organised under the chairmanship of Dr. Saleem -ur-Rehman, Director General Youth Services & Sports J&K UT and under the overall Supervision of Subash Chander Sharma, DYSSO Reasi.

The ADC interacted with the RETs and advised them to enjoy this refresher course and learn new skills to scout best sports talent among the students.

The trainees will be taught coaching skills for different games and sports like volleyball, Kho-Kho, Kabadi, Athletics and Football. The latest techniques and skills would be taught with new rules and regulations.

The refresher course is being supervised by Romesh Chander Mishra PTI DIET and Ajay Billa – the organising Secretary.
