5-Day Workshop on “Structural Gravity Model: Theory, Estimation, & Applications”

 

Aligarh : The Department of West Asian and North African Studies, Faculty of International Studies, AMU has announced a five-day national workshop on the “Structural Gravity Model: Theory, Estimation, and Applications.” , scheduled to take place from January 18 to 22. The primary goal of the workshop is to provide participants with a comprehensive understanding of the Structural Gravity Model.

The workshop will cover the theoretical foundations of the model, practical applications, and will include hands-on sessions for model estimation. In addition, there will be a focus on trade policy analysis using the Structural Gravity Model, offering participants valuable insights into this critical aspect of economic research.

The workshop is open to all faculty members, students, and research scholars interested in Gravity Modeling and Trade Policy Analysis.  Interested individuals are encouraged to register for the workshop at the earliest, as seating is limited.
