50 girls each of nursing and GNN final year deployed in Bhopal, Indore

Bhopal : For the control and management of Covid-19 pandemic, 50 female students each of government BSc Nursing and GNN training centres have been deployed in Bhopal and Indore districts till June 30. These girls will work under the Chief Medical and Health Officer. Girls will have to join within three days from the date of order.

Commissioner Public Health and Family Welfare Shri Faiz Ahmed Kidwai informed that these services have been taken under ESMA. Disciplinary action can be taken against the girls who do not follow the order. This service will be purely temporary. The honorarium for the selected girls for the post of staff nurse for this service will be Rs 20 thousand per month. Transport, food and lodging will be made available by the department to the girls at their place of duty. Also, all necessary Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) will be made available to the nurses. If the student given the order is already working in another district, then instructions have been issued by the district administration to grant special travel permission for joining.
