6 Pre-Tib NEET toppers chose AMU for admission

ALIGARH  : Six students who topped the Pre-Tib National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test (NEET) conducted by the National Commission for Indian System of Medicine (NCISM) have chosen Ajmal Khan Tibbiya College for admission to Pre-Tib (Pre-BUMS course) conducted by the Department of Kulliyat.

 Prof F.S. Sherani, Chairman, Department of Kulliyat said that this year NCISM conducted NEET for the first time for admission to Pre-Tib course and the six top ranking students, including Umar Faruque (Rank 1), Namra Arif (2), Anam (3), Mohd Sadiq (4), Shakil Ahmad (5) and Faizan Ahmed (6) chose AMU to get admission and pursue their studies.

He said this stands as a testimony to the fact that AMU’s Faculty of Unani Medicine is the best among all Unani medicine institutions in the country.
