800 Startups Converge at HSX 2023: Founders, VC’s and aspiring entrepreneurs attend Headstarts annual startup summit

 

Bangalore : Headstart, one of India’s oldest and largest startup ecosystem enablers since its inception in 2007, recently concluded its annual flagship startup summit, HSX 2023, held at SAP Labs Whitefield, Bangalore. This exclusive event witnessed an impressive turnout of over 1300+ attendees, featuring 30+ startup stalls, 35+ distinguished speakers, and 5+ enriching workshops.

 

Distinguished industry leaders such as Deena Jacob from OPEN Financial Technologies, Harish Narayanan Ex-CMO, Myntra, Upstox, Vivek Sridhar from Microsoft for Startups, Sanjay Khan Nagra from Khaitan, Kalpit Jain from Netcore Cloud, Dinesh Pai from Rainmatter, Naiyya Saggi from Good Glamm Group, Arjun Vaidya from Dr. Vaidyas, Sindhu Gangadharan from SAP Labs, Shraddha Sharma from YourStory and other notable luminaries graced the event. They shared invaluable insights on topics ranging from the future of the VC market in 2024 to emerging technologies that will shape the next decade for Indian startups.

HSX 2023 also introduced the HS Beyond initiative, a key highlight of the summit, dedicated to providing mentorship and guidance to growth-stage startups looking to expand internationally. The initiative saw participation from 50 startups from across states who were exposed to workshops tailored to support startups in establishing trade tie-ups with relevant organizations in target countries.

 

Another exciting addition to this year’s event was the boosters pavilion, offering startups exclusive deals from service providers such as Canva, BHive, Grandmark, wowelz interacteka, covering essential areas like co-working spaces, design software subscriptions, branding services, and more.

 

Reflecting on the success of HSX 2023, Amit Singh, co-founder of Headstart, stated that “We are here to serve, and I am delighted to witness that more than 50% of participants have traveled to Bangalore from across the country to participate in HSX.
