Governor Smt. Patel releases annual passport office magazine

Bhopal : Governor Smt. Anandi Ben Patel, released the second annual issue of the official language magazine ‘Kshitij’ of the Regional Passport Office, Bhopal at Raj Bhavan today.

Regional Passport Officer Smt. Rashmi Baghel said that Regional Passport Office Bhopal has been honoured for the progressive use of Official Language Hindi during the year 2019 in all government work on the occasion of World Hindi Day 2020 by the Foreign Ministry. The second issue of the annual magazine is a compilation of positive articles, articles based on health information and office activities. She said that to promote the original writing of Hindi, a book review competition was also organized by the office, in which the participants took part enthusiastically. Following the Covid-19 guideline with sensitivity, the Passport Seva Kendras, Post Office Passport Seva Kendras were re-started in a phased manner in a new style. A virtual passport court was also organized to resolve the pending cases.

Assistant Passport officers Shri Gopal Ganesh Reddy and Smt. Vandana G. Reddy were also present on the occasion.
