ISM organize free health checkup camp at Gandote, Ramban

Ramban : The department of Indian System of Medicine in collaboration with Civil Quick Rescue Team (NGO) today organized a free medical checkup camp at Beulla area of Panchyat Gandote in Block Ramban.

The programme was held under the National Ayush Mission dedicated to promote Indian System of Medicine, yoga and wellness activities.

During the camp, doctors from ISM Department along with paramedical staff examined about 300 patients and provided free AYUSH medicines.

The doctors sensitized the visiting people about the importance of yoga and wellness activities besides advising them to adopt a physically active lifestyle to avoid majority of lifestyle diseases.

Meanwhile, NGO members and doctors sensitized the people about precautions need to be followed to prevent COVID-19 infection besides highlighting the importance of Corona vaccination.
