Results of the conference “Future of Karelia”

The department of pre-university and vocational guidance has summed up the results of the XXVI Interregional Open Research Conference “The Future of Karelia”.
This year, the conference was attended by 309 works from five regions of our country: the Republic of Karelia, Murmansk, Arkhangelsk and Lipetsk regions and the Republic of Tatarstan.

Republic of Karelia – 254 artworks
Murmansk region – 49 works
Arkhangelsk region – 4 works
Lipetsk region – 1 work
Republic of Tatarstan – 1 job
The conference was attended by schoolchildren of grades 5-8 ( direction “Juniors” ) and 9-11 grades ( direction “Young Researchers” ).

The direction “Young Researchers” received 221 works from schoolchildren from grades 9 to 11, the works were divided into the following sections:

The direction “Junior” received 87 works from schoolchildren from 5 to 8 grades, which were also divided into sections:

The faculty of the university took an active part in the verification and examination of the research submitted to the conference.

For the direction “Juniors” the conference was held entirely in absentia.

For the direction “Young Researchers”, the first I stage of the conference was also held in absentia, during which the jury selected 126 works for participation in the II stage of the conference, which was held from March 29 to 31 on the ZOOM online platform.

For three days, senior students spoke with their scientific research, answered questions from the conference participants and jury members in the following sections:
