Div Com conducts day long tour for identification of land parcels

Jammu: Divisional Commissioner Jammu, Dr Raghav Langer today conducted a day long tour of various locations in Jammu district to identify the availability of land parcels and to assess the ground situation of the areas.
The Divisional Commissioner was accompanied by Deputy Commissioner Jammu, Anshul Garg; Managing Director JK Housing Board, besides senior officers of JDA, Revenue and other concerned.
The Div Com visited various sites/ locations including Bhathindi, Chowadi, Majeen, Mandal, Bhalwal and conducted reccee of the sites and conducted detailed perusal of Revenue records. He also assessed the ground situation of all the land patches and did tallying with Revenue records.
It was informed that the purpose of the tour was to identify availability of land parcels and to get assessment of ground situation in these areas.
The Div Com directed the concerned officers to conduct an imagery (Arial views) through drone and submit the same to the Div Com office.
