PetrSU teachers are preparing for the examination of the Unified State Exam in foreign languages ​​2021

At the Moscow Center for the Quality of Education, a seminar was held for chairmen, deputy chairmen of subject commissions of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation to agree on approaches to the assessment of examination papers by participants in the 2021 unified state exam in foreign languages. The seminar was organized by the Federal State Budgetary Scientific Institution “Federal Institute of Pedagogical Measurements” in cooperation with the State Autonomous Educational Institution of Higher Professional Education of the city of Moscow “MTSKO”.
The seminar was attended by Associate Professor of the Department of English of the Institute of Foreign Languages, Ph.D. N.P. Shablikova (Chairman of the Regional Commission of the Unified State Exam) and Senior Lecturer of the Department of German and French Languages ​​of the Institute of Foreign Languages ​​O.A. Veselovskaya (deputy chairman).

The seminar was held with the aim of ensuring the application of uniform agreed principles and approaches to the assessment of examination papers by participants in the 2021 Unified State Examination by subject commissions of all constituent entities of the Russian Federation.

In the first part of the seminar, key aspects of the work of subject commissions were considered, including the issues of regulatory support, the formation and organization of the work of subject commissions, analysis of the consistency of the work of experts. Representatives of the Center for Expertise and Analytics of FGBNU “FIPI” made a presentation on the topic “Key aspects of the work of subject commissions of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation”, as well as M.V. Verbitskaya, head of the commission for the development of the CIM GIA in foreign languages, with an analysis of the work of the commissions for 2020 and recommendations for harmonizing approaches to assessing the detailed answers of the participants of the Unified State Examination in 2021.

In the second part of the seminars, the heads and members of the commissions for the development of control measuring materials for the state final certification ( GIA) in foreign languages ​​discussed the examination papers of the 2020 USE participants, which caused difficulties in the assessment by experts of the subject commissions of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation, and practical exercises on the assessment of detailed answers USE participants in the relevant subject.

In March, the expert commissions of the SIA on foreign languages ​​have already passed training and online testing. For all regions of Karelia, as well as last year, a webinar and remote consultation will be organized, during which it will be possible to discuss with experts the specifics of passing the Unified State Exam in a foreign language this year.
