HKU presents Long Service Awards to over 260 staff members
The University of Hong Kong (HKU) held a Long Service Awards Presentation Ceremony in Loke Yew Hall today (June 16). Professor Xiang Zhang, HKU President and Vice-Chancellor, officiated at the ceremony and presented awards to long-serving staff members of the University.
Professor Zhang said: “These colleagues have devoted a big part of their lives to the University and have helped make it what it is today as one of Asia’s premiere universities. It is only with the dedication, hard work and loyalty of our long-serving colleagues that our achievements have been made possible.”
Over 260 staff members received Long Service Awards this year, including 14 colleagues for the 40-year award, 35 for the 35-year award, 113 for the 25-year award and 101 for the 15-year award.
