XAHR, Xavier University Bhubaneswar will be hosting the annual HR conclave KSHITIJ’18 on 26th August, 2018

Bhubaneswar: Xavier School of Human Resource Management (XAHR), Xavier University Bhubaneswar (XUB), will be hosting the annual HR conclave KSHITIJ’18 on 26th August, 2018. It is the national level flagship event of XIMAHR – The HR Association of XAHR, which will see HR leaders from all over India discuss on topics of relevance. The theme for the event this year is, “Agile HR”.
Agile HR is gaining momentum as a way to meet with the rapidly changing and complex demands of today’s workforce. It has emerged as a popular discipline with the goal of empowering HR professionals to better manage volatility, enhance adaptability and strengthen the organization by applying ‘Agile Methodologies’ to their talent-management processes. An agile organisation can be said to be one that is able to change direction quickly and effortlessly. Agile HR requires staffing the organisation with versatile employees who embrace change. The conclave aims to delve into this topic in detail, communicating the need and scope of Agile HR, as well as the steps involved in executing it.
The event will be graced by three eminent speakers who shall be elucidating on the above-mentioned theme and engaging the students in an interactive session. The speakers include, Ms. Upasna Nischal (Global Head – Talent Management, ACC, Evalueserve), Mr. Rajesh Hurkat (Head HR, Mattel India) and Ms. Annapurna A (Director – Human Resources, Inspirage).
