DACYP meeting discusses, finalizes Annual Action Plan of NYK Jammu

JAMMU : District Advisory Committee for Youth Programs (DACYP) today discussed and finalized the Annual Action Plan of Nehru Yuva Kendra Jammu at a meeting chaired by Additional District Development Commissioner Jammu, Ramesh Chander.

Additional District Development Commissioner –the Chairperson made different observations for effective implementation of activity plan of NYK. He suggested NYK to devise a mechanism for organising of all the activities in collaboration with District Administration for better outcomes, Pre-poning of some of the programmes which are to be held in later part of the year, ensuring participation of the youth associated with NSS and NCC as also their Coordination, Medical Department’s assistance in programmes regarding awareness of Covid-19 Appropriate Behaviours and Covid-19 Vaccination being organised by NYK Jammu, due reporting of the programme undertaken, sharing information with the District Administration about the outcomes of activities.

The ADDC directed for submission of the list of youth associated with various Youth Clubs of NYKS Jammu. He also directed to enhance the number of registrations of youth under MUMKIN scheme in the District.
