Kishtwar admin braces up for implementation of Tribal Plan; DC reviews formulation of DPRs for Cluster Tribal Village, other projects
KISHTWAR : District Administration Kishtwar has set in the process for implementation of Tribal plan (SCA to TSP, SCA to SCSP, Article 275 (1), Integrated Development Village Plan, Ayushman Bharat Sehat Scheme, RBSK.
In this regard, District Development Commissioner (DDC) Ashok Sharma today chaired a meeting of line departments and sectoral officers to review the ground work.
Additional District Development Commissioner (ADDC) Sham Lal Sharma; Additional Deputy Commissioner (ADC) Kishori Lal; Joint Director Planning Mohammad Iqbal; Divisional Forest Officer, Sagar Singh; Assistant Commissioner Development (ACD) Kishore Singh Katoch; District Social Welfare officer, Tariq Parveaz Qazi; Chief Education Officer, Rashpal Singh Chauhan; Chief Agriculture Officer, Satish Bhagat; DSHO Dr. Jaffar; BDO Bounjwah Anees Malik; XEN PHE, REW besides other concerned attended the meeting.
At the outset, District and Sectoral officers apprised about the latest physical and financial status of the tribal plan (SCA, TSP, SCA to SCSP, Article 275 (1), Integrated Development Village Plan, Ayushman Bharat Sehat Scheme, RBSK scheme under implementation for the year 2021-22.
Besides, threadbare discussion regarding various guidelines for execution of the Tribal Plan/work was held in the meeting and a slew of directions were passed by the DDC to the concerned.
While reviewing the progress on the formulation of DPRs for the cluster Tribal village, DDC Kishtwar directed the concerned officers to conduct on the spot visit of the identified villages on 3rd September 2021 and submit the final note for further action. The concerned departmental heads were further asked to formulate the DPRs and submit the same before 10th of September 2021 in the DDC’s office.
The progress on the SCA -SCSP was also reviewed and the concerned departments were asked to utilize the funds judiciously for the socio-economic uplift of the downtrodden people.
Furthermore, XEN REW was directed to submit the estimates under the Area Development Plan in the District Development Commissioner’s office for administrative approval.
The District Development commissioner also directed the Chief Education Officer to submit the feasibility report for the construction of ST Hostel in Bounjwah block.
