IMS Ghaziabad organised a Certification Program on “The Super Power Job Seeker Professionals” by the Ministry Of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises

Ghaziabad: IMS Ghaziabad organized a 2 days Value-Added Certification Program on “The Super Power Job Seeker Professionals” by the Ministry Of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises. The training program was conducted as part of the ‘Skill Enhancement & Corporate Readiness’, an initiative undertaken by the institute with the objective to improve the corporate readiness and employability of the PGDM students.

Speaking on the occasion, Director, Dr. Urvashi Makkar, motivated the students to continuously upgrade their existing skills to match the ever changing requirements of the corporate world. Using anecdotes and examples from diverse sectors, she emphasized the importance of personal grooming and personality development for acing the selection process. The expert resource person from MSME, Mr. Chandrashekhar Singh, CEO, Softdreamz Technologies, covered many important topics such as writing an impressive resume, preparing video resume, editing video on mobile, handling interviews and many others.

The training program, coordinated by Dr. Surabhi Singh, Chief Coordinator, Value-Added Certification Programs, and Coordinator, Dr. Pushpendra Kumar, intended to empower the students to confidently appear in the upcoming placement drives, thus laying the foundation of a successful career ahead.
