Best performers will get recognition at RCPSDC’s Annual Awards 2021
New Delhi: Rubber, Chemical & Petrochemical Skill Development Council (RCPSDC) is organising its Annual Awards 2021 on 30th November 2021 at the Le Meridien, New Delhi to facilitate the best performers in the rubber, chemical & petrochemical ecosystem. The occasion will be graced by Hon’ble Shri Rajeev Chandrasekhar ji, Union Minister of State for Skill Development and Entrepreneurship, Electronics and Technology as well. Mr. Rajendra Gandhi, managing director of GRP Ltd and Mr. Kishore P Sampat, President of All India Plastic Manufacturers Association will be present as Guest of Honour.
RCPSDC highlighting the significance of this year’s awards ceremony asserts that this year’s awards will be held to recognize the country’s best performers in the development in rubber, chemical & petrochemical skilling Ecosystem for the 2020-21 financial years. This year’s awards will be presented in eight main categories such as “Best Training Partner”, “Best Trainer”, “Best Trainees”, “Best Assessment Agency”, “Best Assessor”, “Special Recognition Industry” and “Special Recognition- Government Skill Department” in the Rubber, Chemical & Petrochemical Sector.

Furthermore, the selection of the winners is based on the parameters defined by the Jury members which is more competitive as it evaluates not only training but also several other criteria, such as value addition for skill ecosystem, employment creation, skill development, and growth of candidate earnings.
