DDC Udhampur presides over public outreach cum grievances redressal Camp at Lower Rehmbal

UDHAMPUR : To address the grievances of the public, District Development Commissioner, Udhampur, Indu Kanwal Chib, along with a team of District officers conducted a public outreach cum grievances redress camp here at Panchayat Ghar Lower Rehmbal of Block Udhampur.

During the camp, PRIs and general public hailing from different Panchayats of the Block projected several demands.

The DC Udhampur said that the main objective of holding such camps is to reach at the door steps of the general public to redress their genuine issues. She said that such camps help the district administration to understand the problems of the people and the real situation on the ground. She said that the administration is fully committed to redress their genuine issues and the issues which don’t fall under the ambit of district administration will be projected to higher authorities for their time bound redress.

The DC gave a patient hearing and issued necessary directions to respective officers for early disposal of all genuine grievances and fulfilment of demands at the earliest.
