AMU faculty co-hosts sessions in Internet Governance Forum

Aligarh : Dr Mohd Nayyer Rahman, Assistant Professor, Department of Commerce, Aligarh Muslim University (AMU) was felicitated by the United Nations Department of Economic and Social Affairs and by The Chancellery of the Prime Minister, the Republic of Poland to co-host five sessions and extend technical assistance in the sixteenth Internet Governance Forum, Katowice, Poland.

He was selected for expertise in technical skills and for his ongoing research on ‘Digital Economy and Cloud Computing’.

During the forum, Dr Mohd Nayyer explained how the internet can remain a great motor for the future of humankind and its social and economic development through proper Internet Governance.
