NTPC School of Business to organize ‘ENERCON 4.0’
New Delhi : NTPC School of Business is organizing fourth edition of its flagship event, “ENERCON 4.0” on 11th February 2022 (virtual mode).
The objective of the HR conclave is to bring together business leaders, HR practioners and academia across a wide range of industries, with aim of facilitating conversation around best practices and knowledge.
The theme of this edition is ‘Redesigning Work environment’, keeping in mind the paradigm shift brought in by the pandemic and changing industrial dynamics.
The conclave will include discussions on various sub–themes such as “paradigm shifts in workplace”, “Fixing talent gaps” “building hi-performance teams in times of disruption” and “responding to new order through rejuvenation and research”.
