Call for papers

 

Aligarh: Organisers of the International Online Conference on ‘Interpersonal Communication Challenges for Indian Immigrants in Canada’ of the Department of English, Aligarh Muslim University (AMU) are seeking academic papers on the themes, ‘Interpersonal Communication and COVID-19’, ‘Technology and Interpersonal Communication’, ‘Intercultural Communicative Competence’, ‘Gender and Interpersonal Communication’, ‘Communication Challenges and Immigration Issues: Canadian Perspective’, ‘Curriculum and Assessment Issues’ and ‘Interpersonal Discourse Strategies Communication’.

“The conference will be held on March 28 and March 29 and the interested candidates can submit abstracts of maximum 250 words on [email protected]. Papers will only be accepted in Microsoft Word format. Before submitting the papers, candidates are requested to mention their affiliation, email and WhatsApp phone numbers”, said Professor Raashid Nehal (Conference Director).

He added: The papers should be in standard 12 font size with Times New Roman font face with 1.5-line spacing. Final abstract submission should be done by March 1 and the Communication of abstract acceptance to authors will be on March 5, while full conference paper submission will be done on March 20.

The authors will be called to register for the conference on the acceptance of their abstracts.
