AMU students win award

 

Aligarh : Masters in Architecture students of the Aligarh Muslim University (AMU), Mohd Ikhtair Alam, Mohammad Haroon, Sameer Naqvi and Samiya Gohar got the ‘Students Award for Excellence in Documentation of Architectural Heritage’ of the Council of Architecture, New Delhi for documenting the architectural heritage of the residential hostel, Vikar-ul Mulk Hall.

These students prepared the documentation under the supervision of Dr Mohd Khalid Hasan (Chairman, Department of Architecture) and Dr Mohammad Farhan Fazli (Convener, Heritage Cell). They have won the award at Zonal Level under Category ‘Architecture Heritage’.
