DYSSO Kishtwar organises Cross Country Run at Padder

KISHTWAR : Department of Youth Services and Sports Kishtwar today organised a Cross Country Run here at Padder.

The event was conducted by I/C Zonal Physical Education Officer Ram Loki, under the overall supervision of District Youth Services and Sports Officer Kharati Lal Sharma.

Over 100 students participated in the Cross Country Run which started from Tehsil Office Atholi. Principal Higher Secondary School Atholi Padder, Mangal Singh was the Chief Guest and flagged off the runners.

The students ran from the Tehsil office Atholi to Kundal Paddar.

On the occasion, DYSSO Kishtwar also educated the participants about the benefits of sports activities in daily life.

He urged the youth to participate in the Sports and stay away from evils like drugs and utilise their energy and talent for the development of Nation.
