Painting Competition organised as part of Rajouri Day celebrations

RAJOURI : As part of Rajouri Day celebrations an Inter School Painting Competition was today orgainised here at Valley View Army Public School under the aegis of Ace of Spades Division.

The aim was to nurture and foster creativity and promote extra-curricular activities among the students of the region.

More than 60 students from 7 schools portrayed their imaginations on the canvas.

The competition was held for the children between the age group of 05 to 17 years in three different age groups with separate themes of “Swachh Bharat”, “Apna Rajouri” and “Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav”.

The students displayed indomitable spirit and competitive attributes by bringing the kaleidoscope of their imagination on their drawing sheets.

Overall First Prize went to Army Goodwill Public School & Second Prize to Talim Ghar Higher Secondary School. The event was graced by the Station Commander, ZEO and other dignitaries.
