Ural Federal University: University Opens Branch in Egypt

The Ural Federal University together with its partner Media Arab will start providing educational services in Egypt – On April 11, UrFU signed a Memorandum of Cooperation. The Agreement envisages the opening of a Representative Office and a Branch of Ural Federal University in Egypt and cooperation on media production and educational services in the Arab Republic of Egypt.

Cooperation with Media Arab on media production and educational services began officially in March 2021, due to which more than 100 applicants were admitted to Ural Federal University. In November 2022, the UrFU Russian Language Center in Egypt was opened with 60 applicants.

The signing of the Memorandum of Cooperation is related to the agreement between the parties to organize the educational process, promote and provide the necessary resources for the implementation of international advanced educational programs for foreign students in Egypt on the Russian system of education.
