Webinar on “Recent Trends in Electronics Engineering”

Aligarh: The Electrical Engineering Section, University Polytechnic, AMU conducted a webinar on Recent Trends in Electronics Engineering.   A large number of participants registered and participated in the webinar.

 Dr Imran Ullah Khan (Integral University Lucknow), delivered a talk on filter design and analysis by emphasizing on the importance of filters in Electronics Engineering and its design.

 Dr Ayan Mustafa, (Integral University) made a presentation on applications of nanotechnology in optoelectronics and discussed various software tools for the design of heterostructures.

Both the lectures were followed by a question and answer session.

The Principal, University Polytechnic, Prof Arshad Umarprovided an overview of University Polytechnic and highlighted the importance of filter design in electronics engineering and allied areas. He shared the applications of nanotechnology and the newer dimensions especially the optoelectronics.

Dean Faculty of Engineering and Technology, AMU, Prof Altamush Siddiqui appreciated participants’ inquisitiveness towards the emerging areas in electronics engineering.

Webinar convener, M Yusuf Khan, EES introduced the webinar topic and its significance.

The welcome note was delivered by the coordinator and host, Mohd Umar Rehman, EES and Electrical Engg Section Incharge, Tehzeeb Ahmed Abbasi paid vote of thanks.
