Siberian Federal University: SibFU Educational Programs Presented in Tajikistan

Representatives of Siberian Federal University took part in the 10th Russian Education. Tajikistan-2022 International Educational Exhibition-Fair, which was held on 10-11 June 2022 in the cities of Dushanbe and Khujand. They explained about the ways of submitting documents and the features of conducting entrance tests for foreigners.

According to Anna Mezit, Head of the Department for International Cooperation of SibFU, representatives of more than 35 different Russian universities came to Tajikistan for the educational fair this year.

“We introduced applicants to our areas of training, specialities, as well as training programs, admission and accommodation conditions. Such events are extremely important as they help strengthen the educational cooperation between the Russian Federation and Tajikistan. I really want to see more guys from Tajikistan among the first-year students of SibFU on 1 September, we are looking forward to welcoming them very much,” stressed Ms Mezit.

The stand of Siberian Federal University presented booklets of its schools and centres. The questions of high schoolers and their parents were answered by leading specialist of the Centre of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization and the Recruitment of International Students of the Department for International Cooperation Akmal Dzhumaev. Graduate students of the Russian-Tajik (Slavic) University watched a presentation of the Master’s degree programs of the School of Space and Information Technology and the School of Education, Psychology and Sociology.

The fair was held with the support of the Russian Embassy and the representative office of Rossotrudnichestvo in Tajikistan, the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Tajikistan, and MegaFon Tajikistan.
