Korea Maritime & Ocean University: Business agreement with Korea Broadcasting and Communications Agency
Our university and the Korea Broadcasting and Communications Agency ( President Jeong -geun Jeong ) signed a business agreement and decided to build an organic relationship with each other .
The signing ceremony held at the university headquarters on the 20th was attended by major officials from both institutions, including President Doh Do-hee and President Jeong-geun Jeong .
According to the agreement, the two organizations will cooperate in tasks to increase value, such as nurturing talent and exchanging information . In particular, the Korea Broadcasting and Communications Agency plans to prepare an internship program and utilize students from Korea Maritime University . In addition , ▲ on-site training to strengthen practical competencies in the field of radio waves ▲ job information sessions ▲ support for radio wave measurement equipment, etc.
Universities also actively provide facilities and equipment necessary for nurturing talents . In addition , we plan to cooperate with ▲ maritime radio operation practice ▲ ICT ( Information and Communication Technology ) field manpower exchange and training .
In the future, the two organizations will cooperate in all matters necessary for the development of the industry .
Jeonghan-geun Jeong, president of the Korea Broadcasting and Radio Promotion Agency, said, “ We will actively support the cultivation of excellent ICT talent who will be responsible for the future of Korea , and we will cooperate with universities . ”
Korea Maritime University President Doh Doe-hee said , ” We will do our best not only to nurture future talents, but also to develop the industry by collaborating with the Korea Broadcasting and Communications Agency, which performs core tasks in communication and radio waves . “
Meanwhile, the Korea Broadcasting and Communications Agency is a public institution under the Ministry of Science, Technology and Information and Communication that conducts projects for the efficient management of radio waves and the promotion of broadcasting , communication , and radio waves .
