DDC Chairman Rajouri felicitates winners, runner ups of different competitions with Cheques

 

RAJOURI : On the eve of 76th Independence Day celebrations, the District Development Council Chairman, Chowdhary Naseem Liaqat, on behalf of the J&K Academy of Art, Culture and languages, today felicitated the winners and runner up students of essay, singing and debate competitions with cheques.

The competitions were organised under the aegis of the Azadi Ka Amrit Mohatsav and as many as twelve students, including six from School Education and equal number of students from Higher Education Department participated in the events.

The winners of the competitions were Kashish Sharma; Indu Sharma; Pranav Sharma; Arundeep Singh; Navneet Singh; Sonam Chowdhury; Irfan Khan; Shoket Ali; Sherya Gamble; Shafqat Ali; Jamwi Kiran and Akash Bhardwaj.

Each winner and runner up student was felicitated with cheques amounting to Rs 5000 and Rs 3000 respectively.

The DDC Chairman advised the students to dream big, keep working hard to achieve the desired goals of their lives.

The District Level winners of UT level National Anthem Singing competition were also felicitated by DDC Chairman, DC Rajouri, Vikas Kundal, DIG Rajouri Poonch Range, Dr Haseeb Mughal; SSP, Mohammad Aslam; President MC Rajouri, Mohammad Arief and other dignitaries.
