Second Annual India-Bhutan Development Cooperation talks held today
New Delhi: Second Annual India-Bhutan Development Cooperation talks held today reviewed the ongoing bilateral cooperation projects for the 12th Five Year Plan of Bhutan and agreed to implement 21 new projects in the areas of infrastructure, health, education among others.
