Two MHRM, AMU students selected for global mining company
Aligarh: Two students from the first batch of Masters in Human Resource Management (MHRM), Department of Commerce, Aligarh Muslim University (AMU) have been recruited by Vedanta, India?s globally renowned mining company.
Miss Purple Jindal and Mr Saood Asmat got the official placement offer from the company for the post of Officer-Trainee. The placement drive was conducted by AMU?s Training and Placement Office (General) .
Both the students have bagged a package of 8.45 lac per annum, informed Mr Saad Hameed, the training and placement officer.
“The selection was done after a rigorous selection process of a week. It is a proud moment for the department, as MHRM is a new programme recently introduced by the department of Commerce”, said Mr Hameed.
The students were selected after psychometric test, group discussion and personal interview.
The team of Vedanta appreciated the talent of AMU students and congratulated both the candidates for becoming the part of the organisation.
